Players will have the ability to comfortably control, dribble and pass the ball with precision. By easing the player’s efforts in these core aspects of the game, doing what we want with the ball becomes second nature. A rare ability for most players, through the use of our distinct drills and exercises, we are able to overcome this obstacle in a relatively short amount of time.
In order to get applicable results, we teach our players how to correctly analyze and assess the game, so that our training efforts may effectively transfer onto the pitch. A proper understanding of formations, attacking and defensive strategies and positional roles are essential in helping transform the player’s thought process. This higher level of understanding will be what separates our players from their competition.
Players are given extensive knowledge on different ways to grow and strengthen key muscles specific to their age and position. Through the use of weights, resistance, and cardio training, we push our athlete’s fitness and conditioning levels to their peak. This includes stretching. The level of fitness provided each athlete is determined based on their age and physical capabilities.
